Commercialization Workbench

This product is made of two kinds of material under two licenses.

1. Code: Apache License, Version 2.0 (see LICENSE)
   The HTML, CSS and JavaScript that make the tools work (index.html, workbench.html,
   cohort.html, app.css, app.js, cohort.js), the build scripts in tools/ and manual/,
   and the generated data/*.js wrappers.

2. Content: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (see LICENSE-CONTENT.txt)
   The question bank, interview guide, glossary, evidence rules, business model guidance,
   market sizing guidance, TRIZ principle readings and the adoption contradiction map in
   data/content.json; the example assessments in data/; the user manuals in manual/; and
   the illustration in assets/illustration.svg.

Not covered by these licenses
- The name "Commercialization Workbench", the logo (assets/logo.svg) and the browser icon
  (assets/favicon.svg). You may say that your work is based on the Commercialization
  Workbench, but you may not present a modified version as the Commercialization Workbench
  or use the name or logo to suggest endorsement.
- The Adoption Readiness Level dimension definitions, Low/Medium/High rubric text and
  look-up table, reproduced from the U.S. Department of Energy, Office of Technology
  Commercialization, "Adoption Readiness Assessment, Version: April 2025". This is a U.S.
  government work, credited and reproduced as published.
- The Business Model Canvas, by Strategyzer.com, used under a Creative Commons license.
- pdf-lib (vendor/pdf-lib.min.js): MIT License, see vendor/pdf-lib-LICENSE.md.
- IBM Plex fonts (assets/fonts): SIL Open Font License 1.1, see assets/fonts/OFL.txt.
